Summary As a DTG Quality Control (QC) worker (DAY and

NIGHT SHIFT

), you will be essential in the Direct-to-Garment printing process, overseeing the quality and shipping of each item. Reporting to the Production Manager / Warehouse Manager, your role will focus on ensuring our customers only receive high-quality, low-defect prints while adhering to safety standards. Your strong attention to detail and scrutiny of the end product and your ability to quickly assess the status of each printed item will enable us to provide customers with quality merchandise in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and multi-tasking ability will be vital as you prepare, process, and ship to our end customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quickly and carefully visually inspect product for uniformity, quality, and attention to detail Confirm / match product (color, size, style, print) to order Assign products to multiple orders Packing Shipping Retrieving goods from the warehouse Maintain a clean and safe work environment All other Duties as assigned.

Basic computer and scanner operation Creative Conscientiousness. Ability to make decisions Ready to work in shifts Team player willing to help wherever necessary to complete our business objectives Be punctual, reliable, and adapt under pressure Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Detail Oriented and highly organized Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals History of attendance, reliability, and superior performance.
