Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Crew Member to join our Production Department. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, processing, packaging, and handling of food products while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards. This position plays an important role in supporting daily production operations and maintaining an efficient and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily food preparation, processing, and packaging according to company standards. Follow established recipes, production procedures, and quality control guidelines. Properly handle, store, label, and organize ingredients and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, workstations, tools, and equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving ingredients, supplies, and inventory. Support daily production goals while maintaining product quality and consistency. Safely operate and clean production equipment as instructed. Complete basic production records and assist with inventory counts when required. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations. Requirements Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes, ingredients, and inventory safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established production standards.
