Connor's Greens, a leading commercial microgreen producer in the Texas market, is seeking a detail-oriented Food Preparation Worker to help harvest, seed, maintain operations, and prepare our high-quality microgreens. This role emphasizes precision, timeliness, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced indoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Harvest and handle microgreens with careful attention to yield, quality, and cleanliness Seed and transplant plants as needed to support production cycles Maintain clean and organized workstations; manage ongoing cleanup tasks and sanitation learn fast and follow instructions Water and monitor plant health to support optimal growth and product quality Operate basic kitchen/tools equipment safely and efficiently Assist with other plant care and prep tasks as required Demonstrate initiative and reliability; complete tasks with minimal supervision Self motivated

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the food industry, food prerp work, or a similar production environment preferred Proficiency with kitchen tools (e.g., Scissors, knives, trimming equipment) and a willingness to learn specialized microgreen equipment Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulatory requirements or a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high attention to detail Strong hand dexterity and good manual precision Indoor, climate-controlled work environment; ability to adapt to routine physical tasks

Compensation and Benefits:
