Responsibilities Operate soil slinging equipment to effectively Make sure sorters have slings to sort into Pull out full slings and replace with empty sling Place on scale and adjust to proper weight according to list Place in storage area or hoist up Hoist bags up in sets of four like items to be washed Hoist item in the order requested by manager Tag each bag with its weight Send bags to appropriate line if one line is full, hoist bags to a different line Re-string soil slings as necessary Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors Willingness to learn new skills related to soil department
