Job Description
Must work weekends. Greet customers, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Must understand proper preparation technique and follow recipes Know how to time dishes when they must be completed. Know how to cook in bulk without generating waste. Know how to use commercial kitchen equipment (meat slicers, steamers, grills, fryers, ovens) Must have computer skills. Having a basic knowledge of Google Drive and the apps within would be a plus. Cerner knowledge is preferred but not required. Minimum Requirements Applicants must be able to lift approx. 40 lbs. Have excellent customer service skills and be a self-starter. Ability to be on feet for long periods, and function under high-stress situations. Follow directions exhibit good communication skills and work well with the public. Basic computer skills are a must. Will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays as assigned. .
