SUMMARY:
The Purpose of the Hanger is to take the parts of the chicken that are being processed and hang them on the line for further processing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but are not limited to, the following:- Rehang chickens or various parts of chicken on the line for processing.
- Grade one leg birds.
- Separate birds with low quality.
- Must be able to keep up with production flow.
- Must report any unsafe condition, pain, and problems to supervisor or lead person.
- Be responsible for other duties deemed by supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Required- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Preferred
- Previous poultry or meat processing experience.
