Production Supervisor Main Functions:
Assist production manager in the daily operations of the plant
Duties:
Supervise employees Ensure proper order fulfillment Enforce company policies Monitor breaks and lunches Completing proper documentation Work effectively with the QAs Fill out accident/incident reports
Working Conditions:
Cold and wet environment Fast paced Flexible hours Employment Requirements Able to comply with all safety requirements Able to work in varying indoor climates Able to work as a team member and communicate effectively Has the ability to work independently and think on their feet Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a Plus The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
