Packaging Inspector -
Middlebury, VT Rotating Days Off PPE Provided Hours:
4am - 4pm (4 days on 4 days off )- rotating days off
- Join a production team that ensures quality, safety, and consistency every day. This role is ideal for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. Depending on the production flow, your day may be steady and simple—or fast-paced and hands-on. Schedule

- Workload varies depending on production needs What You'll Do
- Inspect whey bags to ensure they are sealed correctly
- Remove bags from the line and have them resealed when needed
- Handle bags weighing approximately 50 lbs
- Learn and perform basic equipment adjustments to reduce rework
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all safety rules and production procedures Physical Requirements
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and repetitive motion
- Capable of handling physically demanding days when production requires it
