The Role As Extraction & Packaging Team Lead, you'll guide the packaging of concentrate products and the breakdown of bulk products into sellable units, keeping orders accurate and on schedule. Where You'll Make an Impact ?
Guiding Your Crew:
assign daily and weekly tasks, track attendance and production rates, and coach team members along the way ?
Overseeing Production:
supervise the weighing of concentrates and the filling of vape cartridges and other concentrate products ?
Upholding Quality:
run quality control checks and keep inventory accurate, current, and properly labeled ?
Fulfilling Orders:
pull and prep product by priority, keep outgoing trucks on schedule, and give final orders a close inspection ?
Keeping Everyone Informed:
stay on top of email and Basecamp, send end-of-shift reports, and hand off clear instructions to the next shift ?
Looking Ahead:
review sales projections to plan backstock, and take part in lead meetings ? Caring for

oversee equipment upkeep and keep the workspace clean and organized ?
Rounding Things Out:
support supervisors on personnel matters, help with R D projects, and lend a hand to other departments as needed What You'll Bring ? 21 years of age or older ? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience ? Leadership or management experience is a plus ? Plant or trimming experience is a plus; familiarity with computers and tracking software preferred Physical Requirements ? Regular standing or sitting with repetitive hand tasks, and lifting up to 10 lbs ? Frequent walking and reaching; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing, or crouching ?
