Important:

Orientation must be completed before starting work What You'll Do Handle and process crab products Carry baskets of crab product weighing up to 50 lbs. Use a mallet and anvil to remove crab meat from shells Inspect crab meat for shells and defects Check product for quality and cleanliness Grade and pack seafood according to company standards Sort and prepare finished product Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Follow all workplace safety rules Meet daily production goals Work efficiently in a fast-paced seafood processing environment Perform additional production duties as assigned What We're Looking For Seafood processing experience preferred Food processing experience preferred Cannery or production experience a plus Food safety or sanitation experience a plus Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail Ability to inspect product for quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
