Job Description

Wilmar Chocolates is looking to hire a creative and hard-working individual like you in our chocolate confection-making area! We are looking for upbeat and flexible individuals to perform a variety of tasks related to making a variety of different delicious chocolates everyday, chocolate bar making, and packaging. These tasks include molding chocolate, working on our enrobing lines, wrapping product, and participating in daily cleaning.

Seasonal Position September 2026
  • December 31, 2026 8 am
  • 12 pm or 12 pm
  • 4 pm Monday through Friday As Needed Rotating Saturdays 10:00 am-3:30 pm (hours extended 1 hour during holiday seasons)
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to create and package confections Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area Perform routine activities with quality Follow and review instructions
Qualifications:
Ability to handle physical workload Occasionally lift 25-50lbs Ability to work well in teams and directly with the kitchen manager Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positivity and flexibility Understand recipes Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to complete repetitive motions and tasks Working in the food industry with Wilmar will provide you with: Great teamwork skills A better understanding of food preparation and supply Increased production skills Dependable daily tasks Creativity in packaging and decorating
