Summary We are seeking a Production Lead to join our dynamic team at Kitchen Fresh Foods in Green Bay. This pivotal role will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met while contributing to our mission of providing fresh food products to our customers. This is a 1st shift position working Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Friday 4am-until finish, Monday 10:00am - until finish, Wednesday and Thursday - Off. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Sequence labels in the proper run order Ensure proper label is applied to product (verify product code on label) Test package seal (Check for weak/ open seal) Labels need to be applied onto the package in a professional manner (not crooked or folded) Adheres to and complies with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies. Completes daily paperwork and assures it is turned in by the end of the shift Completes other assignments as directed Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Be able to read and understand the production schedule Must be able to use a tablet Must have problem solving ability Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend English Physical Demands and Work Environment This position requires the employee to stand for the duration of the shift (6-9 hours) (100%). Occasional Pushing/Pulling (5%) Occasional Reaching above shoulder level (10%) Occasional Reaching below shoulder level (50%) Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. (Less than 5%) Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. Good hand-eye coordination required.
