IQ is recruiting for a dependable and hardworking production operator to join a busy food manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position operating production equipment, monitoring the production line, and making sure products are produced safely and efficiently.

Hours:

• 1st shift; 5:15am to 3:15pm; Monday to Thursday

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 12:30am; Monday to

Thursday Pay:

• $19.52 and up

Duties:

Set up, operate, and monitor breading room production equipment and conveyor systems. Perform equipment and production area checks before starting production. Operate tote dumpers and monitor equipment for proper operation. Monitor batter and breading flow and make adjustments as needed. Check products for proper size and quality and remove damaged or incorrect product. Keep conveyor hoppers supplied and help maintain consistent production rates. Break up product clumps and correct leaks or other production issues. Palletize finished product and move materials as needed. Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment problems to supervisors. Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Keep equipment and the production area clean and organized. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
