This is a dynamic leadership position for a results-oriented leader who wants the challenge of running a successful business, including sales, hiring, training, leading, and managing. We are looking for a driven person who will get to know their team and lead them to achieve their professional role. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of car washing experience, including detailing, and two successful years of experience as a General Manager of an Express Exterior/Interior Car Wash. Working knowledge of all aspects of a tunnel car wash's mechanical, point of sale and IT systems are a must. Excellent customer service skills required. Strong written and excel skills plus excellent cash management skills also necessary for success. Referrals required. Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Provided customers a positive experience worth talking about Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor team members on process and procedures. Handles discipline and termination of team members in accordance with policy. Ensures location is staffed for business every day covering open/close shifts. Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor staff attendance to optimize productivity Completes daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and administrative tasks. Maintains a clean and safe site at all times (tunnel, equipment and lot). Complete weekly soap inventory, submit restock orders and any other consumables. Handles vehicle damage claims if they should come up. Prepares and handles daily cash deposits. Must have experience working in a car wash. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and enforce all brand visual standards Complete light preventative tasks such, but not limited to, troubleshooting vacuums, hose repairs/replacements regularly. Oversee safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations for staff. Safety starts with the manager. Manage the day-to-day operations of Sunshine carwash, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure all machines and equipment are functioning as expected and communicates needs for parts, repairs and/or new equipment. Making sure the System matches the registers at the beginning and end of the day. Will also need to be hands on and load cars and work pay stations when needed along with other CSA duties.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Person will work outside in a loud environment due to cat wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, and reaching.
