Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, positive-minded, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Shift Leader to help lead daily operations of our brand new Tommy's Express Car Wash located in Bonita Springs, FL. We are specifically seeking an individual with existing automated car wash experience. This hands-on leadership role supports the General Manager/Site Manager in supervising team members, maintaining wash quality and site appearance, driving membership sales, and delivering world-class customer service. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of staff members, ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain safety protocols, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with supervisory experience and a passion for maintaining spotless, well-managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts. Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve customer concerns. Promote Tommy's Express membership programs and help achieve sales goals. Ensure vehicles receive a clean, consistent, high-quality wash. Monitor safety, equipment operation, site cleanliness, and daily procedures. Assist with employee training, scheduling, and performance coaching. Help open and close the facility and maintain accurate daily operations. Serve as the Site Manager's key leader and assume responsibility for the operation when the manager is unavailable. Skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail 2-4 years managerial experience in the car wash industry This role is perfect for a proactive leader looking to get in on the ground floor of a new business and who is eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
