Space Coast Car Wash is seeking an experienced Car Wash Manager to lead our team in Melbourne, FL. We're a newly renovated, locally owned car wash offering express exterior and membership wash services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling Train, coach, and manage car wash attendants Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance/repairs Manage membership sales performance and customer service standards Handle cash management, POS reconciliation (Washify), and reporting Order and manage chemical/supply inventory Ensure safety procedures and cleanliness standards are met Resolve customer issues and complaints

Requirements:

Prior car wash or car wash management experience required Strong leadership and team management skills Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors Must be authorized to work in the US What we offer: Competitive hourly pay Leadership role in a fresh, newly renovated facility Opportunity for growth as we expand the business
