We are growing fast, and we are looking for leaders to grow with us. This is not a desk job. You are outside, on the lot, running the shift with your crew. The role Run shifts — set the pace, hold the standard, keep the line moving Coach greeters and tunnel staff on service, safety, and membership sales Own opens, closes, and daily audits Daily equipment checks, chemical levels, and work orders logged same-day Hit membership and revenue targets alongside your General Manager Interview, train, and schedule your team Handle customer issues on the spot, without escalating everything upstairs What we need from you 1+ year leading a team — car wash, quick service, retail, or hospitality. We will teach you the wash side. You lead from the lot, not the office Comfortable on your feet, outside, all day, in Florida weather Reliable and accountable.
