This full-time and part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, ensure top-notch cleaning and sanitation standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. As an integral part of our management team, you will drive operational excellence, motivate staff, and uphold safety regulations to create a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Duties Oversee daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain excellent performance standards Manage cleaning, sanitation, and custodial tasks to uphold health and safety regulations across the facility Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards Monitor customer interactions to guarantee outstanding customer service experiences Coordinate team schedules, assign duties, and supervise team supervision activities to optimize staffing levels Conduct routine inspections of cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain operational readiness and cleanliness Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on sanitation management Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial supervision and customer interactions Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and sanitation practices Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness standards Prior janitorial or laundry experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about leading teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant car wash environment.
