Duties Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance standards while fostering a team-oriented environment Oversee cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness of the facility, equipment, and customer vehicles Enforce safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all employees Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Implement management strategies for janitorial tasks, industrial cleaning, and sanitation management to uphold hygiene standards Skills Proven experience in supervising staff within cleaning, custodial, or industrial cleaning environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff and customers Extensive knowledge of sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and commercial cleaning procedures Excellent organizational skills for managing janitorial supplies, equipment maintenance, and operational logistics Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to oversee team supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus; strong managerial communication is essential Join us as we drive excellence in car wash services by leading with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm!
