Starting Wage & FLSA Status:

$15.00 per hour & Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ years of age Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal and DCFS background check

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with students Ability to apply common sense understanding in carrying out instructions Ability to exercise appropriate disciplinary techniques Ability to be trained in and apply behavior modification techniques Ability to work as part of a team and serve as a role model for students Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands Frequently required to assist physically challenged students To be considered for this position, you must: Maintain the qualifications and licensure outlined in the job description.
