Job Description

Our client, an organization dedicated to supporting student transportation and safety, is seeking a Bus Aid to join their team. As a Bus Aid, you will be an essential part of the transportation department, supporting the safe and comfortable travel of students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and a caring attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
630am-930am and 130pm-430pm What's the Job? Ride the school bus and monitor children during transit to ensure safety and well-being. Assist the bus driver with maintaining a safe and orderly environment on the bus. Support children with boarding and exiting the bus as needed. Observe and report any safety concerns or behavioral issues to appropriate personnel. Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude to foster a welcoming environment for students. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Clean background check. Ability to work during scheduled hours without interruption. Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.
