Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Porter/Janitorial professional, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our automotive environment spotless and running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our auto repair facility, ensuring every vehicle is presented at its best for customers. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold our high standards of vehicle care and cleanliness. Duties Safely operate standard passenger cars and light vehicles within the facility, adhering to all safe work practices. Perform exterior washing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and auto detailing tools. Support janitorial duties by cleaning the auto detailing facility, including floors, workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Drive vehicles safely to pick up parts or take customer home or work for various operational needs while following all traffic safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience operating standard passenger cars and familiarity with manual transmissions is preferred. Knowledge of safe work practices related to vehicle handling, cleaning equipment use, and auto detailing procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling cleaning supplies or moving vehicles or equipment. Prior experience in auto detailing facilities or janitorial roles within automotive environments is a plus. Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience driving in a professional capacity is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness standards consistently while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
