Route Information:

Routes:

Red Wing , MN - all routes start out of this location You may be assigned to routes in the following communities and school districts:

Key Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older . Must be available to work both AM and PM routes Monday-Friday. Must pass pre-employment drug testing and a criminal background check . Strong English communication skills are required. Must be reliable, punctual, and have excellent attendance .

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure Student Safety:

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all students during their bus rides. Help children board and un-board the bus safely and assist the bus driver as needed.

Maintain Order:

Monitor student behavior and enforce safety rules on the bus. Complete documentation for any behavioral issues and report to the appropriate administrator.

Customer Service Excellence:

Work closely with school staff, families, and students to provide a positive experience and excellent service. Assist with

Vehicle Safety and Cleanliness:

Help maintain the bus interior to ensure it remains clean, safe, and well-organized.

Emergency Preparedness:

Be ready to act in case of an emergency, including safely evacuating students if necessary.

Additional Duties:

Be prepared to assist with other tasks assigned by your manager as needed.

Minimum Performance Expectations:

Safety First:

Always exercise the greatest care in the transportation of school children. Ensure students are properly secured and follow child restraint device procedures.

Behavior Management:

Follow student management protocols and work with students to ensure a positive and safe environment on the bus.

Ongoing Learning:

Attend monthly staff meetings and actively learn student names to help create a more personalized experience for the children you serve.
