Position Summary:
Cooperates with driver in a mutually responsible manner to insure the safe transportation of all students on the bus including to behavior needs, medical and physical needs.
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of job-related prior experience, preferred First Aid and CPR training required Essential Job Functions include the following: Assisting driver in loading and unloading of students. Including walking students onto the school bus and operation of wheelchair lift equipment and tiedown. Monitoring behavior of student on the bus. Apply school recommended interaction techniques when necessary to maintain order and safety. Performs health care procedures to assist identified students Other duties may be assigned
