Bus Aide — Part-Time
Position Summary:
The Bus Aide assists the bus driver in safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities.
Position Details:
Part-Time:
3 hours per day
Pay:
$16.75 per hour
Benefits:

Essential Duties:
Help students safely get on and off the bus.
Monitor students during the bus ride and maintain a safe, orderly environment.
Assist students who may need extra help or support.
Follow school and transportation safety rules.
Communicate with the bus driver and school staff regarding student needs or concerns.
Help ensure students remain seated and follow bus rules.
Report any safety, behavior, or student concerns to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
Enjoys working with children and students.
Patient, dependable, and responsible.
Able to communicate effectively with students and staff.
Able to follow safety procedures and directions.
Previous experience working with children is helpful but not required.
