Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing safe and reliable transportation services, particularly for children and individuals with special needs. This role requires excellent personal skills, a commitment to care to the passengers, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers. Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all passengers, particularly children, during transit. Assist children in boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their comfort and security. Maintain a clean and organized bus interior. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
