Position:

Bus Aide Transportation Department Effective Date(s): 2026-2027 ESY Program June 29th - August 7th Job Goal(s): To assist in establishing and maintaining a calm, safe, and pleasant atmosphere on the bus/van.

Employment Terms:

Part-time (3.5 hours per day) without medical benefits Not associated with any collective bargaining association

Reports To:

Transportation Coordinator Performance Responsibilities:

1.Supervise children on school bus/van in order to maintain positive student conduct, allowing for safe driving conditions. 2. Assist children on and off school bus/van. 3. Take student attendance on each trip. 4.Accompany children to an assigned professional upon arrival arrival at school and to the bus/van at tine of dismissal..

Salary:

$20.65 per hour; Updated rate to follow.
