Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Passenger Service Agent to join our team at ASAK Solutions. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our airline passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience from check-in to boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet passengers upon arrival and assist with check-in processes, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes.
  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, and delays, ensuring that passengers are updated and informed.
  • Assist passengers with baggage check-in and ensure compliance with baggage regulations.
  • Address passenger inquiries and concerns, offering solutions to enhance their travel experience.
  • Coordinate with ground staff, flight crews, and other airline departments to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Handle special requests, such as assistance for passengers with disabilities or unaccompanied minors, while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Manage any passenger-related issues, including rebooking flights due to cancellations or delays, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
  • Uphold company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with poise.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and technology for check-in and passenger management.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • -This role may require standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Types:
