Job Description

Proactively welcome customers in the airport and immigration area and offer assistance. Seek out customers who may need additional assistance (large parties, customers with several bags, disabled customers, non-English speakers, etc.) and engage them in conversation to proactively assist and direct them to appropriate areas for service. Meet and greet customers in the airport ticket counter area to assist as requested or required. Serve customers in a caring, efficient, and diplomatic manner. Stand for several hours at a time. Must be able to read airline boarding pass Always be professional in appearance and manners to passengers and any other person in the airport.
