Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, providing clear guidance and support to foster teamwork and high performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards during all cleaning processes Oversee the maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functioning and availability for staff Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Implement training programs for staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Monitor quality control standards for industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, and overall cleanliness of the facility Experience Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within industrial cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality management Strong background in team management with excellent communication skills in managerial roles Experience with commercial cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations Familiarity with janitorial services, laundry operations, or housekeeping management is advantageous Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on staff supervision and operational oversight Prior experience in customer service roles that require problem-solving and effective communication skills Join us as a Car Wash Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering top-tier vehicle cleaning services while fostering a safe, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
