Assistant Manager Pay:

$20-$25 per hour, or salary option available

Hours:

40-55 hours per week

Overtime:

Paid in accordance with applicable law Blue Tropic Car Wash is looking for an experienced and motivated Car Wash Manager to help lead daily operations at our express car wash location. This is a strong opportunity for someone with proven express car wash experience who wants long-term growth and advancement. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of express car wash management experience with a strong record in sales, maintenance coordination, team management, customer service, and day-to-day operations. Experienced assistant managers are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily car wash operations, including: Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating team members Growing membership sales, upselling wash packages, and supporting promotions Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints professionally Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run site Monitoring equipment, chemicals, and wash quality Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved vendors/ownership Managing labor hours, inventory, supplies, deposits, and basic operating records Helping improve revenue, customer experience, and overall site performance The position requires flexibility to work weekends, peak business periods, and additional shifts as needed based on weather, staffing, and business needs. The role may also involve outdoor work, minor cleaning/maintenance duties, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requirements Minimum 3 years of express car wash management experience preferred Proven record in sales, membership growth, maintenance, and team leadership Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage staff, control labor, and maintain operational standards Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Assistant Managers with strong experience are encouraged to apply Compensation & Growth Pay ranges from $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience, with a salary option available for the right candidate. Hours will generally range from 40-55 hours per week , and overtime will be paid as required. This position offers a strong opportunity for advancement as the business grows.
