MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper sanitation practices. Job Duties & Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests. Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, or supporting service needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and floors. Restock silverware, glassware, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift. Remove trash and dirty linens from service areas. Support servers with food running as needed (property-specific). Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines. Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
