QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduation or equivalent Experience working with children preferred Ability to remain flexible to change in assignments or situations Effective communication skills Ability to be fair and consistent when working with students Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff Ability to promote a positive attitude Ability to work independently Ability to monitor and guide student behavior Responsibilities include: greet students; supervise students and bus environment; emphasize orderly student behavior; circulate, monitor and redirect students as needed; assure students are following bus behavior expectations; take action to maintain a safe and orderly environment; maintain a clean and safe bus environment; and perform related duties as assigned.
