We are looking for a motivated and organized Used Car Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the used car department with auction processes and inventory management. Used Car Assistant Compensation and Benefits:

Used Car Assistant Competitive Salary:

$22-$26 per hour. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately96hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Used Car Assistant subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Used Car Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage both online and physical inventory for display. Assist Used Car Manager with auction duties. Assist Sales Dept. with trade in values. Input autos with current system (i.e. V-Auto) including accurate descriptions Manage inventory via current system, correcting items such as price, make, model. Recap and purchase vehicles as needed.

Used Car Assistant Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking). Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public. Skill and ability to meet people and listen Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions. Ability to actively participate in team oriented processes. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Skill and ability to sell. Physical ability to use computer hardware/software. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one's own time.
