- 2024 & 2025 What You'll Be Doing Lead and support group activities , including preparation, set-up, clean-up, and follow-up Assist with large group events and special programs Monitor and document resident engagement during activities Track attendance and maintain activity records Provide transportation for residents using the community van, as needed Help create a fun, welcoming environment that encourages participation What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with seniors , including those with dementia Current CPR and First Aid certification Arizona Caregiver certification is helpful A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours Comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based tools If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors , we'd love to hear from you.
