Activity Coordinator Assistant (Spanish Required) Golden Years Services Arcadia, CA Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Job Summary Golden Years Adult Day Care Center is looking for an Activity Coordinator Assistant , to assist with organizing, scheduling, facilitating, and directing the activities and excursions in order to enhance the elderly participants' independence and quality of life, in accordance with the center's mission and values.

Duties:

Encourage participants' participation in group and individual activities Assist participants with mobility and transportation to and from activities (as needed) Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop creative programs Help decorate and set up for special events, parties, and celebrations Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, participants, and visitors, following established safety standards. Provide companionship and emotional support to participants throughout the day Promote a positive, inclusive environment for participants of all backgrounds and abilities

Requirements :

Must be fluent in English and Spanish Must be patient and friendly when dealing with participants
