Job Description

Good Samaritan Retirement Center is a Catholic owned non-profit Independent/Assisted Living Facility for the elderly located in El Cajon / Rancho San Diego. Must be able to pass Department of Justice/Live scan fingerprint background check and be 18 years of age or older (cost is $88 and will be reimbursed after 90 days of employment). Must also pass physical and TB test. Looking for an Activities Aide full time who gives diligent, conscientious devotion of time, attention, skills and effort to implement the highest quality activities that will be appropriate for the participating elderly residents' interest and variety of skill levels. We can train for the position, you must have a background in assisted living or skilled nursing. To plan and schedule all activities for the residents health and well being. To participate with the other Activities Aides to engage residents in all scheduled activities and encourage daily interactions. Also to help cover front desk receptionist during breaks.
