Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Center team. Duties Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Develop and implement diverse activity programs tailored to the needs and interests of participants, including recreational therapy sessions, memory care activities, and social events Coordinate resident events that encourage participation, foster community spirit, and enhance quality of life Build strong rapport with participants through personalized engagement and attentive communication Collaborate with caregiving staff, nursing teams, and family members to ensure activities align with individual care plans and health considerations Manage schedules for daily activities, ensuring smooth transitions and timely execution of programs Qualifications Previous experience in an ADHC setting is preferred.
