WHY YMCA EXPANDED LEARNING?
We believe every student deserves opportunities to discover their purpose and reach their full potential. Our programs give young people a place to belong after school while building leadership skills, healthy habits, creativity, confidence, and connection. But great programs don't happen because of activities on a calendar. They happen because of great people. People who remember students' names. People who notice when someone is having a rough day. People who can turn an ordinary game into the highlight of the afternoon. People who show up consistently enough for young people to know they can count on them. That's what being a Group Leader is about. If you're ready to lead, learn, have some fun, and do work you can feel good about at the end of the day, we want to hear from you.
