The person in this role must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday | AM / Early afternoon Saturday - Sunday | AM Must have holiday and weekend availability The Santaluz Club is a private Country Club seeking Fitness Attendants. Fitness attendants are involved in all aspects of the Athletics and Recreations Department's operation. A great candidate for this position would be someone who is passionate about fitness, racquets and has some hospitality experience .

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet, sign in, and assist members upon arrival
• Prompt, poised answering of all members inquires, over the phone and in person
• Set up and clean up tennis/pickleball courts and fitness classes
• Schedule fitness classes and tennis court reservations
• Maintain organization of fitness center, including re-racking and weights and keeping equipment in its proper place
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment
• Answer phones and provide helpful customer service
• Friendly, polite, professional member interaction

Essential Skills:

Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments Be a clear thinker, analyze, and resolve problems through good judgment Provide clear and pleasant communication Properly lift up to 50 pounds Sell services, equipment, experiences, products CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification
