We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic leaders who love working with children and want to help create an exceptional experience for our kids and families. Gym Manager The Gym Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of KidWonder, lead our team, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and ensure that every child and family has a great experience. Responsibilities Manage daily gym operations, staff, schedules, and classes Lead, train, motivate, and hold staff accountable Ensure a safe, clean, organized, and positive gym environment Provide excellent customer service to parents and families Handle customer questions, concerns, and day-to-day problem solving Oversee class quality and ensure coaches are following KidWonder standards Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, and training Monitor attendance, memberships, birthday parties, camps, and other programs Help drive membership growth, retention, and customer satisfaction Manage opening and closing procedures Maintain equipment and communicate maintenance or safety concerns Help organize camps, special events, competitions, and community activities Maintain a fun, energetic, professional culture for both children and staff Ideal Candidate Previous management or leadership experience preferred Experience working with children strongly preferred Experience in gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, youth sports, fitness, recreation, or childcare is a plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking Positive, energetic personality Comfortable leading and coaching a team Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
