Full-Time Activity Assistant Bring Joy, Connection, and Purpose to Every Day at All Saints Sub Acute All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Assistant to join our team full-time. As an Activity Assistant, you will help plan, organize, and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time (weekends and holidays as needed) Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing daily activity programs Lead group activities, games, arts and crafts, and special events Encourage resident participation and engagement Provide one-on-one visits and support for residents unable to attend group activities Assist with decorating and preparing activity spaces Transport residents to and from activities as needed Maintain activity records and documentation Support community outings and special celebrations Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive atmosphere Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in healthcare, senior living, recreation, or customer service is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills preferred Ability to lift, push, pull, and transport activity supplies and equipment as needed Why Join Us?
