Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing camp programs in accordance with guidelines from American Camping Association (ACA) Provide quality care and supervision to children (visual, proactive, interactive) Provide a safe environment for all children to thrive Track attendance, ensure a valid membership is on file, and children are released to caretakers Guide behaviors using positive methods, keeping in mind each child's individual needs Assist in supervising activities and lesson plans Ensure the program is delivering Healthy Eating and Physical Activity (HEPA) standards Set up and cleanup of the program area including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, etc Provide exceptional customer service and foster connections with children and families Our Commitment to Belonging At the Channel Islands YMCA, we are committed to building bridges within our communities.
