As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
- Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
- Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
- Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
- Document participation per quality standards
- Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
- Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
- Assist residents to and from programs and activities You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
