Job Description
Position Description The City of Walnut Creek's Camp Community Arts is seeking one detail-oriented, part-time Site Coordinator to support our dynamic camp program. The Site Coordinator will support the program with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, from processing camp registration documents to handling program communication and more. The Site coordinator will help to create an environment that emphasizes fun and process-based learning. We will be offering various single-day camps, two weeklong camps in Fall and Spring; and summer camp programs running June 14
- August 5, 2027.
Camps will consist of:
Single-Day Camps:
October 12, 2026; October 26, 2026; November 23, 2026; November 24, 2026; February 11, 2027; February 12, 2027; March 15, 2027; March 31, 2027Spring Break Camp:
April 4- April 9, 2027
Summer Camp Counselor Training:
June 9- June 11, 2027 Summer Camp 1: June 14
- June 25, 2027 Summer Camp 2: June 28
- July 9, 2027
- No camp July 5 Summer Camp 3: July 12
- July 23, 2027 Summer Camp 4: July 26
- July 30, 2027 Summer Camp 5: August 2
- August 6, 2027 All camps will be located at Center for Community Arts
