Position:

Playground Associate You are the face of the business. You are responsible for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience every shift. This is an active, fast-paced job. You will be on your feet. You will enforce rules. You will clean constantly. You will interact with parents. If that sounds good, this may be a great fit.

Pay:

$17 - $20 per hour depending on experience. Bi - weekly pay

Schedule:

Part-time Weekend availability required

What You Will Do:

Guest Experience Greet every family warmly and professionally Manage check-ins and verify waivers Process admissions, snacks, and merchandise using POS Answer questions clearly and confidently Safety Actively supervise play areas at all times Enforce safety rules calmly and consistently Intervene immediately in unsafe behavior Report incidents or hazards to management without delay Cleanliness Maintain visible floor cleanliness at all times Complete hourly sanitation checklist Clean play structures, restrooms, tables, and common areas Restock supplies as needed Assist with end-of-day deep cleaning Parties & Events Assist with party setup and breakdown Support families during celebrations Help keep events organized and on schedule Qualifications Leadership Experience is a Big Plus Bi-Lingual Preferred Must be 18 years or older POS experience required Customer service, recreation, or childcare experience preferred Comfortable addressing rule violations respectfully Reliable transportation Weekend availability mandatory CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Physical & Work Requirements Stand and move for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs Work in a loud, high-energy environment Handle spills and occasional bodily fluid cleanups No personal phone use during shifts except emergencies What We Expect Professional appearance Positive, calm demeanor Strong work ethic Accountability Team-first attitude Respect for policies and chain of command Zero tolerance for unsafe conduct.
