Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in individuals and groups
- Instruct customers on the proper way to shoot a bow (archery experience not required. We'll teach you!)
- Provide game play rules and guidelines
- Supervise and officiate game play
- Promote a fun, safe and competitive environment
- Answer questions and handle feedback
- Ensure the front desk, arena and other areas are clean, orderly and safe for the public
- Properly clean and store equipment upon return
Key Qualifications:
- Reliability
- A passion for sports, recreational activities, fun or education
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage groups of up to 20 people
- Experience leading individuals and groups
- Ability to work as part of a team, while also being self-directed
- Strong command of the English language
- Good sense of humor.
