Job Description
Position Summary Assists in planning and implementing activities tailored to participants' interests and needs, promoting their physical, social, spiritual, mental, and creative wellbeing. Coordinates small groups and provides resources to support engagement. Responsibilities include Developing, distributing, and evaluating the monthly life enrichment calendar Managing supplies and equipment inventory Driving the bus for outings and scenic rides Serving on committees and supporting the Director in their absence Communicating residents' responses and needs to staff Compiling data and performing clerical tasks Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; activity professional coursework preferred 1-2 years experience in recreational programming Valid Colorado driver's license Proficiency in English and excellent customer service skills Physical & Working Conditions Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently Intermittent sitting, standing, bending, and moving Frequent interactions with residents, families, and visitors
