No high-pressure tactics, no pushing homeowners into work they don't need. We earn the sale by earning trust. What You'll Do Run professional roof inspections for homeowners (company-provided leads). Prospect storm-affected neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach. Build referral relationships with Realtors, Property Managers, Insurance Brokers, and HOAs. Guide homeowners through the roofing and insurance process, start to finish. Track your pipeline in our CRM and deliver a five-star customer experience. What We're Looking For Sales experience required; roofing sales experience a strong plus. Comfortable meeting homeowners in person and having direct, honest conversations. Competitive, disciplined, and coachable, someone who wants to get better every month.
