Recreation Assistant - Dance

JOB Join our team that helps create memorable experiences for our community through recreation, movement, and connection! We are hiring specifically for a Dance - Recreation Assistant. Under the direction of the Recreation Coordinator - Dance and Gymnastics, the Recreation Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of dynamic dance programs while helping deliver safe, positive, and engaging experiences for participants and families. This role plays an important part in preparing for special events, performances, and competitions, and involves providing exceptional customer service while fostering an environment that reflects the City's values. Whether supporting dance programs and recitals at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, this position helps bring energy, organization, and enthusiasm to every program experience. This is not your typical 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. role, as schedules may vary between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., with the flexibility to work out of either recreation center based on program needs.

The salary is dependent upon experience. The hiring range is $23.30 - $25.89 hourly.
